The cozy living/dining room includes a TV and a comfortable seating area, with an additional dining room for larger gatherings. On the first floor, you’ll find three restful bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a single), two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and a lovely hall with seating and access to a balcony or terrace. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board add to the convenience. Enjoy the outdoor space with a private garden, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue. A camping cot and high chair are available for families with young children, and on-site parking makes arrival easy. Located just 20 meters from the center, with restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop nearby, you’re also within easy reach of ski slopes, hiking trails, and Lake Santa Croce. A perfect all-season getaway in the Veneto Alps! A security deposit of EUR 120,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
