Our renovated farmhouse with a courtyard is situated in a completely secluded location surrounded by green meadows, far away from traffic and with plenty of space. You can enjoy the tranquility of nature while the children have fun at our on-site playground. Whether it’s the trampoline, sandpit, swing set, large fleet of toys, foosball table, or ping-pong table, we have plenty to encourage your kids to run around and explore. Your children won’t get bored while you unwind from the stress of everyday life on the patio, balcony, or a lounge chair in the garden. Our alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, and chickens are already looking forward to plenty of petting and the occasional treat! We have alpacas. We’d be happy to take you on a hike through nature, where you can experience the tranquility of the alpacas and the beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a change of pace, you can drive the 3 km to Chiemsee Beach for swimming and sunbathing, or take the Chiemsee boat tour to the islands in the "Bavarian Sea." There are also great sights waiting to be discovered here. Cycling, hiking, amusement parks, strolling through the old town’s alleys, or going on wild inflatable dinghy rides—you’ll find plenty of relaxation and adventures in our area!
Located in the attic of our newly renovated farmhouse is this approximately 60 m² holiday apartment, lovingly furnished with a large kitchen-living room (with a dining area, couch, TV, radio, and kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, oven, and dishwasher). The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an additional TV, and high-quality duvets and pillows—most of which are made from our own alpaca wool and are ideal for people with allergies. The children’s room has two single beds. The bathroom features a large shower and toilet, as well as a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. A cot and a high chair are also available for your use. The holiday rental’s private balcony faces south and, with its balcony furniture, offers a place to relax.
