It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower, as well as a spacious kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch*, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen-living area opens onto a private, furnished south-facing terrace with a small garden.<br> *The pull-out couch is suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children up to 12 years old. If you’re travelling with 4 adults or 2 teenage children, an additional guest bed will be provided in addition to the pull-out couch.<br> Towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge in this holiday rental. We’re happy to provide baby gear (high chair, travel cot) upon request. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack.<br> Despite its close proximity to the town centre, the holiday rental is located in a quiet residential area, and free parking is available directly in front of the property. The charming town centre of Chieming, with plenty of shopping options (e.g., supermarket, bakery, butcher, village store), an ice cream parlour, restaurants, and the tourist information office, is just a few minutes’ walk away.<br> Chieming is an ideal starting point for sports and cultural activities, as well as excursions around Lake Chiemsee—including Herreninsel and Fraueninsel—to the nearby former salt-mining town of Traunstein, to Salzburg in Austria, and to the Chiemgau mountains.
