"Musty damp room, rust on all metal surfaces, floors very dirty never mopped? towels dingy & had stains, walls had damage not properly repaired, old mattress with coil springs not comfortable, no apparent upkeep of property needs complete remodel, hire people to clean rooms, would not recommend this property , maybe a 1 STAR rating. "

"Room wa ok, but our neighbors on both sides sat outside thier rooms to smoke. The pool was in no condition to swim in, and the hot tub was closed."
