Pros; The staff were polite and friendly. It was close to the water and quiet. Food in the lounge was good.Cons: It did not look like the pictures at all. There was no check in instructions left before we arrived. We opened the cabing and it smelled extremely musty!! It had spiderwebs all over the front of the entrance. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and the AC barely worked so they provided a floor model as well. Problem was that it put out warm air on the side as well. So the room would heat up, then chill down. There were holes in the doors and small ones in the walls. The light fixtures had not been cleaned in a while. The couch smelled dusty and had spots on it as well. We went to the office which was hit or miss to find a person in it, you had to go to the "lounge" bar to find someone. When we spoke to the man there to see if we could get a fan to help with the bedroom issue, he said "sorry no they did not have one to give us" that he did put in the floor unit to help. Which is fair he did, just did not worked as well as he had hoped. We inquired about the kayak's and after looking at them decided not to. The marina part was competely covered in spiderwebs and the boats looked pretty dirty too. Looked for the paddle boats mentioned on their website and didn't even see one of those. We live in the country too and I know that spiders can be a pain, but once a week go around and knock down the webs, please!! We wont be back or recommend
