Good for a quick stay.

Not fancy but clean and safe. Plenty of room for 2 people and a dog. Close to the owners house. Didn't hear or see them. Would stay again.

Great safe neighborhood location

Loved the proximity to Bidwell Perk, Bidwell Park, Unwined, S and S Produce and the Cinemark movie theatre as I am local and was looking to an escape from full time caregiving duties. Also got a mani pedi at a nearby salon and went shopping at both Finds and Hubbs - right there in the neighborhood. Accommodations were super comfy. Patio was in need of TLC.

It was perfect everything that we needed and a wonderful experience.

Clean beautiful fun. We enjoyed our visit. It was so convenient and pleasant, much nicer than staying in any five star hotel.

Loved This Modern Cute Unit

Everything was as cute as it could be. Very modern. Really enjoyed learning how to use wifi tv. 🙂 Very comfortable and our cat loved staying with us! 😻 Made me wish I lived in Chico. We had an extended stay and it was great vaca!! We loved going to True Rest Float Spa! Would definately stay again. Highly recommended!

Quiet and cozy.

This little detached house was located in a quiet area of small cute homes. Pet friendly and Very safe to walk your pet even at nighttime. There is also a small fenced kennel area. The inside features were well organized and everything worked except the blow dryer. I would stay again whenever I come to Chico.

Very Private Nice Place

This unit was very private, they had everything we needed inside. We were in town visiting our college student and this was perfect because we didn’t need much since we were only here for the weekend.
