The room was unremarkable and typical for a standard hotel, but the desk service was unfriendly. I faced several issues during check-in and checkout. Upon my early arrival, the staff offered no alternatives, suggesting I wait on the sofa for six hours until I could check-in. The rudeness of the staff was shocking, and I was even urged to relocate to another hotel at 5:30 AM in a dangerous area. I took it upon myself to find an alternative hotel. At checkout, I noticed an unexpected tax charge (89 USD). It's baffling that a four-star hotel would provide such inadequate desk service.

It’s clean and efficient. We had a room for three and it was a good price. Breakfast buffet begins e and mostly tasty. However my wife got a rotten hard boiled egg that stunk up our area. The waiter reacted with appropriate concern. Lunch menú was okay but we should have gone out.

A TRIP TO XICLAYO

Well, I will starting to say. As soon as zi walked inside the lobby the way that Staff threat their guess is awesome. They are very educated people, they spoiled me in a way that I can say FOR SURE THIS WILL BE ALWAYS MY HOTEL IN CHICLAYO CITY. SPECIAL THANKS to Mr. JORGE (concierge) . He is a really nice guy. Breakfast was awesome as well. I will Book again 100% sure.

The air condition was leaking inside the room the breakfast room very small and had to wait 40 minutes to go in. the cleaning person was nocking the door early morning to clean the room ,no respect and finally when i was checking out i want to get my bill recipt and they told me i have to ask to the company who i make the reservation with.totaly desappointed.
