Beautiful apartment, bright and with a modern decoration, in private urbanization with ideal common areas to enjoy your vacations, communal swimming pools for adults and children, paddle tennis court, garden area ..... and parking inside the urbanization, without assigned places. With capacity for 4 people.



It has two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a spacious living room with TV, Wifi, central air conditioning, and access to the roof terrace overlooking the marshes and salt marshes of Chiclana. (15/06/2026 - 30/09/2026).

It is located 3 km from the beautiful beach of La Barrosa, with supermarkets, restaurants and other services nearby.

In Chiclana you can enjoy its good and varied gastronomy in bars, restaurants, beach bars...etc.

Buen apartamento. 2 habitaciones amplias. Las habitaciones, baño y salón/cocina estan en la misma planta,la terraza privada en la planta superior, a través de las escaleras. Tiene lavavajillas y lavadora. Todo bastante nuevo y cuidado, salvo la bañera, que necesita un cambio. Hemos ido una pareja con una niña de 10 años y perfecto, muy agusto.
