We thoroughly enjoyed the villa and its surroundings. The house itself was very clean and accommodating and it had everything we needed for a family of seven. The owner was very helpful too. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

A lovely spacious villa in a quite area a car is a good choice if you want to see the area but there is also a bus service regularly.

Good property in very pleasant area

The villa is located in a pleasant, quiet area. Nobody else seemed to be living in any of the adjacent properties and it backs onto a golf course, so there was no noise in the evenings. The property itself is a good size and nicely decorated. The swimming pool and garden area were great. Our children really enjoyed the playhouse too. We had a few minor gripes on arrival - the beds hadn't been made, the freezer wasn't working, the oven had no shelves or baking trays (the kitchen could do with a bit of a refresh generally). The owner didn't rush round to apologise and fix things but said he'd send someone the next day. They turned up 3 days later and didn't speak a word of English so we didn't really get anywhere. A couple of other things to be aware of: the seal on the main bedroom's shower is broken so it floods everytime you use it and the 800 channel satellite TV is all well and good but all the channels are German (great if you speak German I suppose!). I don't want this to sound like a negative review because overall the place is very nice and we had an enjoyable stay. I am just not sure it quite deserves the 5-star accolades other people have given it.

Das perfekte Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen 11-tägigen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Es liegt an einer ruhigen Straße in der nur Anwohner unterwegs sind.Der Check in war ganz einfach über eine Schlüsselbox.Es gibt ein DZ im EG und 3 DZ im OG.In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum selber kochen benötigt! Man kann mit 8 Leuten sowohl drinnen als auch draußen zusammen sitzen. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und wurde während des Aufenthalts auch vom Hausmeister kontrolliert! Durch die großen Bäume im Garten findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen!Zum nächsten und nach unserer Meinung tollsten Strand - La Barrosa - sind es nur ein paar Autominuten. Vorteil:dort war immer leicht ein Parkplatz zu finden! In der Umgebung kann man viele Ausflüge machen! Top Lage!Das Haus an sich ist nicht mehr ganz neu, aber hat alles was wir brauchten! Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super! Danke dafür und für den schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen! Der Empfang war reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Allerdings könnte es vor allem im Aussenbereich mehr gepflegt werden. Es ist nicht schmutzig, einfach mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand wäre es ansprechender. Aber das ist kein Manko, nur unsere Meinung. Aber wir würden es sofort wieder buchen! Der Vermieter ist auf Bitten sofort eingegangen und hat immer unmittelbar reagiert!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Folgende Mängel: - Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität- abgewohnt, abgenutzt- Schimmel im Schlafzimmer im 1. OG- Schimmel in allen Badezimmern - Für Homeoffice nicht geeignet, schlechtes Internet- Türen im Schlafzimmer EG und OG nicht zu öffnen, Falle wurde von uns mit Panzerpand fixiert- kein Kleiderschrank im EG im Schlafzimmer- alle Kleiderschränke muffig- keine Handtuchhaken in den Bädern im OG- Backofen funktionierte nur zeitweise- Schlafzimmer im EG nicht bezeibar- Esszimmertisch und Stühle unakzeptabel, Tischbeine angefault, für max. 4 Personen nutzbar- vorhandener Außengrill nicht nutzbar, da kejne passende Grillroste- Heizung im OG nur im Masterbedroom funktionsfähig, in allen andern Schlafräumen negativ- Außenanlage: Pool völlig ungepflegt, Hausmeister und Gärtner treten unaufgefordert auf das Grundstück, obwohl Hunde anwesend sind- bei Regen ist die gesamte Terrasse überflutet, Wasser läuft durch die Nebeneingangstür in den Wohnbereich- auf Nachfrage gab es zumindest neue Handtücher, keine Bettwäsche-

la casa está ubicada muy cerca de la playa de la Barrosa, en pleno campo de golf. Perfectamente equipada. El recibimiento, así como la comunicación con el dueño D. Ignacio, y D. Juan, que fue quien nos recibió, fue excelente. Repetiremos sin duda.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Gegend.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind von der Größe, Aufteilung und Ausstattung nahezu perfekt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten möchte ich aber anmerken. Die Wassertemperatur zum Duschen ist bei bewölktem Wetter in den Monaten Februar und März zu niedrig. Sobald die Sonne tagsüber am Himmel stand, war das Wasser schön warm. Das Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche war nicht richtig sauber. Der Zaun zum Golfplatz sollte dringend repariert werden. Die Rollade vom Essplatz zur Terrasse lässt sich nur halb hochziehen. Auch da sollte eine Reparatur erfolgen. die Außeneinheit der Luftheizung vom Erdgeschoss macht ziemlichen Krach wenn sie im Betrieb ist. Die Türe von der Straße zum Grundstück klempt mächtig. Nur durch ein starkes und lautes zuschlagen schließt sie. Haus und Garten ist sehr zum empfehlen. Den Pool konnte ich natürlich nicht ausprobieren, sieht aber sehr einladend aus. Juan der Hausmeister war zur Stelle, als die Bedienung der Heizung gestreikt hatte. Beste Grüße Heinz
