  • Located in Chiclana de la Frontera, Chalet Novo Sancti Petri Surf offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 80 m² house features a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, cot, and high chair on request. Enjoy a private garden, porch, barbecue, and on-site parking.



    Perfect for relaxing days near the sea in a peaceful setting.



    Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee. Smoking is prohibited. Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.



    The automatic garden irrigation runs daily at 6:00 am. Occasionally, and with prior notice, access to the exterior may be needed for watering. Gardening service visits about every two weeks. Water restrictions may affect garden irrigation.



    Extras: late check-out (subject to availability and for an extra fee), surf lessons, and training sessions.



    House rules: check-in from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am. Maximum 8 guests. Visitors are allowed but may not stay overnight if the maximum capacity is exceeded. Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please use the facilities responsibly. Avoid simultaneous use of high-consumption electrical appliances. Misuse may result in charges. Lost keys and, if needed, lock changes are at the guest’s expense.
