"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...

"When you reach a certain age, it is very helpful to have more light. Hallway lighting was dim Could use more light in the room. Bathroom had adequate lighting. We came in July- wow, room would probably have been much darker in winter"

"The entire experience at the Hampton Inn was very nice. Except one thing...at the end of the Second Floor hall the smell of marijuana was quite strong on multiple occasions. Not opposed to people doing their own thing, where ever else they do, but it is clearly signed, " no smoking" on this floor. I would assume this includes MJ."

"Great place for a long weekend stay! Very comfortable king size bed, great shower/water pressure, clean room, very helpful staff. Well located in Saugerties, can also easily get to Hudson, Kingston, Hudson Brick walkway (paved). The connected restaurant Abby’s was a wonderful diner, with great service, food, and prices, where we went to breakfast twice."
