Love this little "nook" of the city, very walkable but not crazy busy. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views from bars and restaurants. Our Room was gorgeous with lots of upgrades in furnishings, bathroom finishes etc. Can't wait to go back!

Another great stay at the Langham my home away from home. The club level is spectacular, the gym has a wonderful sauna and Phillipe has to be the greatest concierge on the planet. He got us dinner reservations to Bavettes despite it being sold out. Already looking forward to our next stay.

Very easy to communicate with. Great customer service from pre-arrival to check out process. The whole building is clean and quiet. Great location within walking distant of so many things you’d want to do in the city. It was a pleasant stay and would be recommended to any friends or family I know.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Langham Chicago. Service was amazing and staff were so attentive and kind. Came to Chicago to celebrate my toddler’s birthday and the hospitality team there made my daughter felt so special with a teddy bear balloon and cupcake. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

Very clean, very central, very spacious, very helpful. Loved soaking in the tub after walking around Chicago in the winter. One issue: the pool was closed for maintenance, but it was noted in the post, so we knew Before we booked. Overall a great stay.
