The shower head wasn’t working properly so it was leaking all over the bathroom floor, the headboard was disgusting( my hair stuck to it, after showering) told the front desk and they said they would have someone come in and clean it wasn’t cleaned. When I spoke to the front desk she said the staff member didn’t know which side it happened, the entire headboard was disgusting. I showed her pictures of the headboard, she stated she could give me points if I was a reward member but due to it being third party booking I needed to speak with Expedia for getting my money back, I don’t want my money back just discounted, it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was paying for two nights. The place looked run down and it was sad I always thought the holiday Inn was better than what I saw. The plastic dark out blinds were ripped , there was a bolt covering missing from the toilet seat, grant it’s little things but not what was represented in how great this hotel is and why I should stay there. It needs some help.
