Check in was closed when we arrived and we had to wait outside for central reservations to get someone to let us in. We were then informed the property no longer has breakfast. The front desk gave me a room key that didn’t work and I was locked out of the hotel waiting in the phone at the door for over 30min trying to get in. No one ever answered but luckily another guest let me in. The room was clean and big but had no soap and the towels smelled old and you could hear everything from the room next door. parking was free and convenient and they take pets but unless nothing else was available I wouldn’t stay again.

I have never stayed at a hotel where u had to remove your own trash or pay for more towels I stayed 7 days and nights and had to buy my toilet paper and remove my own trash I would never stay here again and front desk is closed at 8 pm until 9am so if your key stops working you have wait forever for someone to come down and make a new one

I reserved two 2 bed rooms for 8 people. I got two rooms with 1 queen bed each. People had to sleep on the floor. No extra pillows or blankets and no person manning front desk at night to get blankets or pillows. I was also charged for rooms with two queen beds. Lady at front desk also lied and said manager said to give me 4 rooms for price of two, which she did not do.

I arrived to a sign on the front door saying the front desk is closed after 10:00 P.M. There was a phone in the entryway. After dialing 0 for assistance and going through the automated menus to check in, I was put on hold for several minutes before being cut off. So, for my non-refundable reservation, I ended up with no place to stay for the night.

One of the dirtier places I have stayed
My socks were black in the bottom after staying here each day. Glad I could clean the floor for them. It needed it. I actually did that with paper towels after seeing how dirty it was. I almost left them out on the counter to make a point. I have only stayed in one other place ever that had this problem. Seeing I've stayed in hundreds of places this is not a badge of honor. I would rate this a middle range but that gives a 6 out of 10 and it's a 4.5 - 5. It's tolerable overall but some in this place crank their music so it was like I had my music playing loud for several hours a day. And they also talked so loud with the doors shut I could hear what they said clearly over the t.v. etc. Same person couldn't shut a door without slamming it shut. I guess they like noise.

We were never able to check in. We needed to check in later due to traveling. They closed the front desk at 10pm and gave away our room/reservation. We were told to go back in the morning during business hours. After a long day, driving to another hotel was last thing we wanted to do but needed to. Otherwise we would have had to sleep in our car.

I like that parking is spacious, what I did not like is when I checked in the toilet has projectile s**t all over the bathroom. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I was very very disappointed. And they moved us in a place where ceilings look like it's leaking some type of liquid out and the tub looks so unclean, I had to shower with my slippers on just to make sure I don't catch any fungus going around there. Overall it was a terrible stay. Very disappointed

Lost our reserved rooms
Booked two rooms real early for 2 Queen bed rooms. At time of arrival, staff said they overbooked and the rooms we booked are no more available. We were sent to the next building and got two one bed room with same price. This makes us feel a bit unhappy as our room were sold prior to our arrival and has no heads-up or information to us about this. We need two beds as my wife and I are use to sleep separately due to our night body movements that wakes up one and other.

Have stayed here a few times before and was always satisfied. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The room was not as clean as it could/should have been, The floor was sticky with lots of crumbs visible. The sink in the dinette are had a leak. Also disappointed that there were no pots, plates, or utensils available in the room. Although the literature provided said you could ask the front desk for them. Just seemed like a hassle. Otherwise, it was nice and quiet. The bed was okay, breakfast was decent, and I love the free parking.

What I liked? Nothing … I made a mistake by booking 3 nights here instead of holiday inn thinking that this has a kitchen . The electric stove looked like it’s from last century with lot of rust on it so we didn’t took a chance of even turning it on .. the tv wasn’t working and we didn’t find any remote either .. the main door handle was hanging down from outside and the door handle to bathroom was missing rhe push button to lock it … the floor was dirty and had something sticky on it so we didn’t dare to walk barefoot on it … and we asked for room service to which the staff said they only clean once in two weeks … will never stay in any extended stay America hotel again ..
