I was on a business trip, and i liked that it was located only 1 mile down the street from my company. What i didnt enjoy was the noise. Loud neighbors. Thin walls. I'm pretty sure that everybody, even the children, could hear that woman's moaning at 1 am.

Priced right and convenient. Quick check-in. Breakfast was nice. Checkout was a breeze. Nice staff. One elevator was not working. EV Car charging station was not working. Mirror by the sink is suitable for people shorter than 5ft 7inches and I went to a fast food place to shave.

Couldn't change the AC/Heater temperature nor turn it off. Called the Shuttle from the ORD Shuttle terminal, at 11.30pm and they told me it'd take 30 to 40' which I wasn't going to wait. I had to then spend / waste $20 to Uber to the hotel. I had called the day before explicitly to understand how the request a shuttle and they assured me it was a 24/7 service but you cannot tell me I'll need to wait for it for 20/40' if the hotel is 10' away. Plus, first I called as soon as I got off the plane and when I was literally 5' away from the shuttle terminal and they told me I had to call the once I got there instead of getting going sending the shuttle. Complete disregard for the guest

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the shuttle service. Because of O'Hare International Airport rules and restrictions, we are unable to wait for an extended period of time at the pick up location. We ask that guests call us once they have their bags and are waiting at the pick up location. I am sorry if this was not properly conveyed to you. Generally, pick takes between 20 to 60 minutes depending on conditions in the area and at the airport and not distance from the airport to the hotel.. I hope you will give us another chance next time you travel. We hope you had a successful trip and we wish you a wonderful day. Sketchy didn’t feel comfortable or sleep well. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything in your neighbors room keeps you up most of the night.

I was surprised about how quiet the hotel was . Very low noise level. Considering it being at 4 corners of busy intersection , OHare close by and the convention Group that was there We attended the Midwest Fur Festival at the Donald R Stephens Convention center in Rosemont Il. The Comfort Inn was so accommodating and kind to everyone who stayed at their hotel And they did a wonderful job shutting everyone to and from the convention As stated the hotel was very quiet, staff was great. And rooms were very comfortable and clean. Thank you for a great stay! Will be back next yeat

This is a perfectly nice place to stay near the airport. Clean, friendly, fairly Covid safe. I only wished they had a better continental breakfast with more options such as bacon and bagels. They mostly expect you to go to the restaurant across the parking lot for food.

It was absolutely amazing and so convenient the shuttle to the airport and the amazing food at the Tiffany’s restaurant everything I needed was so close and the room was really clean.

No such thing as free parking
The one and only reason I booked a night here was that I was returning home on a late flight to O'Hare and I mistakenly believed the Hotel's claim that it offered free parking for traveling guests. I arrived to park about 3 hrs before my departure and the desk said the parking lot was full and I had failed to "reserve" a place. Never again there, or at any other Comfort Inn, a company I have frequently supported in the past.
