$80 for 1 night at a Chicago airport hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok. I mean for $80 what more do you want?

If I could give zero stars, I would. We needed to stay one night to get on our way for vacation. We thought the shuttle would be worth it so we didn’t have to track down our vehicle after vacation. Let me tell you, NOT WORTH IT! This was more hassle than airport parking. The hotel is dated, along with the rooms. The bathroom was tiny and so old, plus very little water pressure. The room itself (bed) was ok, and it was the best part about the hotel which is saying very little. We were told transportation was every 20-30 minutes. We go down bright and early to leave for airport with a shuttle waiting. Great. So we go to check out and get on but they’re rebooting their system. That took 15 minutes and the shuttle won’t wait for us, but “it’ll be back soon”. We wait 30 more minutes for shuttle again. Both staff members at this point were flustered and yelling. Bathroom in lobby was disgusting and dirty. No soap to even wash your hands. Finally get on the shuttle and go on vacation. When we arrive home we call for a shuttle. They tell us one will be back within an hour. We ask for an estimated time, they don’t have one but tell us to go to a specific location. We go, we wait 45 minutes. Called 3 times to be told the shuttle was on its way there! It’s a 7 minute ride from where we were to the hotel. Shuttle never showed! We finally paid $25 for an Uber back to hotel to see the shuttle there and the driver sitting outside of it smoking. NEVER AGAIN! Take my advice- DON’T STAY HERE.

Excellent hotel with superb facilities in the spotless rooms (microwave/fridge). Friendly staff and 24-hour shuttle bus offered on demand. Will certainly be staying here again next time I'm over-nighting through O'Hare Airport

The water flow in the shower is very weak. Outlets will not hold devises plugged in. The cord will occasional fall out of the socket. If you’re used to elevated and elongated toilets, these will seem extremely small. The best part about this hotel is the close location to O’Hare.

There were mice in my first room. I saw 2 within the first few mins I entered the room. I needed sleep desperately and had to be at the airport in a few hours so unfortunately I didn’t have time to find another hotel. I was moved to another room but the experience was so awful I couldn’t sleep at all. I was scared to even turn off the lights. There is no way this hotel isn’t aware of a rodent problem. This ruined the beginning of my vacation.

Convenient for an unexpected overnight layover in Chicago, but very basic and outdated. Super helpful front desk who even supplied a toothbrush and toothpaste since my luggage was still in transit. The shuttle service late at night took FOREVER, had to call 3x and then got some lame excuse about having a "large party" that felt like a lie (and an unnecessary one); meanwhile, every other hotel had 2 shuttle services go by in the same amount of time.

The property itself was great for our short one night stay and its closeness to the airport. What wasn’t clear was how to get to the hotel from the airport and when you arrive late from the other side of the world it’s a little hard to navigate. I think having transport options crystal clear when booking would have been very helpful.

It wasnt to bad, wish they had queen bed options for two beds in a room only full size beds. But other than that it wasn’t bad. We stayed the night before we flew out the next morning. It was really nice they had a shuttle to the airport and back and it was very reasonable to park your car there for the whole week. Super nice and convenient

They gave away our room much earlier in the day and it took quite a a bit of time for them to get us a room. We had a very long day and it was past midnight and this made us a bit grumpier.

The Hotel is outdated and the elevator was some what sketchy. The staff was friendly. But overall it wasn’t too bad for the price. It was good enough for a 1 night stay very close to the airport.

Even though the web says they have safety boxes, there were none. People at Front Desk didn't even know the meaning of it regardless I showed them the misleading advertising in their web. One elevator wasn't working as well as the printer at the "so called" business center. We stayed 6 nights and they didn't want to do a daily housekeeping until I ask for it. I chose BW because I've stayed at others. However this one was terrible.should I come back to Chicago, I'll choose another hotel.
