Great option for a hotel to stay close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Checking the bags at the welcome center and having them sent straight to the hotel so we could go right into the park was amazing. Staff was helpful and patient in working through any language translation questions.

Everything is great, the lobby is huge and beautiful, 2 min walking distance to the bayside station although hotel still provides free shuttle bus to bayside station too. Room is big with beautiful view. I will definitely come back again.

Older property buy holding up well. Large rooms. We enjoyed the view from room over future Fantasy Springs area. Great bay view from one of the breakfast rooms. Easy walk to monorail but never needed it as buses frequent. Big breakfast buffet but confusing booking system - register as soon as you wake up!

The hotel is nice, and has a small balcony which we could see the nightly fireworks from our room! It was one of the larger rooms my family and I stayed in during our time in Japan. Breakfast was really good, as good as buffets can be along with a few stations for made to order items. Best part of breakfast was kids had their own buffet, giving our picky eaters tons of food choices. This hotel is larger with tons of rooms so there is a queue for breakfast that you can do from your room on your phone, if you are trying to have breakfast early in the morning it could take awhile, but you can get ready while you wait so I didn’t mind it. Hotel is just a short walk from one of the Disney line stations, which will take to straight to either Disney park or the train station outside the park, but the hotel also runs buses through most of the day to the train station and a couple other locations so you don’t have to walk.

The grounds, service and location are excellent. My only complaint is the rooms are on the small side and the restaurant offers the same menu daily and it’s very limited

Very nicely presented property. Nice design and overall appearance. Quite stylish. Good selection of toiletries. Negatives Not much english language support. In room signage and controls like the aircon only in Japanese. Partial Ocean view is actually a glinpse of water, very misleading. Poor selection and not enough tea and coffee. Very noisy all night. Could hear constant banging from next door and people running around above. General areas of the hotel are too hot and dry. Desk staff at check in were very pleasant but struggled with basic english. Restaurant menu is far to restrictive. Only 4 dishes and nothing really appealed to me. Concierge was a disaster. We turned up after a 5hr plus drive only to be told we cannot park on the top ramp to check in. So we went to the carpark only to be told we had to unload our bags upstairs. The place we were told we could not. After wasting about 15 minutes we were finally able to unload at reception. To his credit he apologised but it was a bad first impression.

We stayed here in the past when the hotel was called a different name but it continues to provide excellent service and provide extremely close proximity to Tokyo Disney Resort.

Good service and staff very friendly. Room size is good for families with you children. Close to the Disney resort line and buffet breakfast has good selection. Nice place to stay. If you get a park view with balcony you can see fireworks from the Disney parks.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and soooo beautiful. Convenient for going to the Disney Parks. You can either walk to the Resort Gateway which was around the corner or take the Mickey Shuttle to the Resort Gateway which is free. They come every 8 mins. Airport Shuttle to and from was so convenient didn’t have to worry about that, thanks to the Bell Staff. Room was nice. Had alot of free stuff in the room from toiletries, teas, and water. Bed was comfortable. Aircon and TV worked well. We had the water view and some of the Disney hotels we can see so it was nice. Theres a Disney store at the lobby. Breakfast buffet was good. We ate there each morning with a beautiful ocean view. There was also a convenient store in the lobby so it was nice if you want a drink or something small to eat. You can even microwave your food there. Overall its the best stay we had, a wonderful experience and for sure we will be coming back to this hotel all the time for Disney adventures. Thank you Grand Nikko Hotel.

The lobby is so beautiful, especially when it appears as you ride up the glass elevators! The room was great, and had very fun colorful carpeting! The shuttle bus service was excellent for transporting luggage to and from the monorail station, but we also learned Bayside Station was just around the corner so we walked there each morning to start our journey to the Disney Parks!
