"Was using this hotel as a stopover while driving to Sorrento from the UK. The hotel was immaculate and extremely modern and in great condition. It was very convenient for our stopover as right next to the motorway. They person on reception while we were there was extremely helpful. On the night we stayed the hotel restaurant wasn't open but he recommended another local restaurant which he booked for us, and his recommendation was spot on."

"I can't recommend the Marsili highly enough. The property is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Cortona center. A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. It was out of a painting. "This hotel has so much potential, but many details are missing. From music to create a pleasant atmosphere in the communal areas, especially restaurant and breakfast space. (So awkward to hear everyone chew their food around you and the kitchen staff comments in the background) To electrical jobs left undone in the room leaving holes in the ceiling right above our heads on the pillows, or dead light switches that forced us to get up from the bed to turn the lights on and off. Good features were: spacious rooms, enormous beds and great walk in shower. Also the Tesla chargers and the location right next to the motorway exit arr very convenient. Wouldn’t come back if not at a super cheap rate."
