Amazing home in Chiaramonte Gulfi

Nestled in olive groves and vineyards, on a plot of about 20 hectares is this vacation home with swimming pool, a noble house from the 19th century. Part of the structure has been restored maintaining the original decor, another part has been used as a tool shed, storage and oil storage (the owner produces organic oil). The property has many different fruit trees, oranges, tangerines, figs, plums, pomegranates, etc., which are available to guests. The owner lives in a family house about 50 meters from the villa. The villa extends over the first floor: in the living area two large rooms of about 50 m² each (dining room, living room), the kitchen area is equipped with a professional kitchen and a bathroom (without shower); in the night area are four bedrooms with private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms, two triple and two quadruple, are in the noble furnishing style of the 19th century. Outside, surrounded by tall pines and cypresses, is the saltwater pool, an adjacent building is equipped with showers, bathrooms and a cabin. Next to the pool is a large veranda with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining. Between the main house and the pool area are two bedrooms (attached to the main house), accessible only from the outside: Both bedrooms and the exit from the living room of the main house overlook an enclosed patio with umbrella and sofas. The owners (two brothers) are experienced cooks and can prepare on request (for a fee) the guests' dinner or lunch to taste the Sicilian specialties, or prepare a hearty breakfast. For cultural excursions: 12 km Comiso (ancient Casmena); 13 km the characteristic village of Chiaramonte Gulfi with its narrow streets, pine forests and beautiful views over the countryside; Ragusa Ibla, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica and Scicli, baroque towns of the Val di Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site), are within a radius of about 50 km. About 25 km away the beautiful beaches of the Hyblaean Coast in southeastern Sicily.
