"Very friendly reception by owner, Piero. Large comfortable room in private home on semi rural property a few kilometers outside Modica. Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. "This was a beautiful property with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had the perfect mix of old unique architecture and modern amenities. Loved the courtyard for some peace and quiet as well as a quick dip in the pool on a hot day. The breakfast was so good, fresh made pastries and eggs and cappuccino to order.
