Great hotel with clean rooms, excellent location, and very nice staff. Great rates and right on the moat can't beat it. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good basic hotel. The rooms are clean with a great air conditioner. Friendly staff always smiling. Easy to get taxis and tuk tuks. Very inexpensive rates and perfect for budget travelers.
Stayed here for 3 night with my partner and it is in a very good location, just next to the moat and not a far walk from tha pae gate. However it is on the corner of a busy road and was woken up a few times by loud motorbikes and cars driving past. The bed was very uncomfortable but you do get lots of pillows which is good - but still woke up with a bad back most mornings! However the rooms were clean & we were given extra towels/toiletries every day. The staff are very friendly however and always said hello and willing to help us with any questions we had. The room rate is a bit expensive and I have stayed in better hotel rooms in central Chiang Mai for cheaper.

We stayed at Miami hotel for 3 nights. Great location but a bit noisy. Very spacious room. The owner is very friendly and kind.
Checked out after one night. It's so noisy as its on a corner of a junction right on the moat. The shape of the building funnels the sound at you and the single glazing does not keep the sound out. The room was also dirty with dust/road film and the bed was broken so made a lot of noise when you move. Basically a grim place only suitable for a big drinker who only wants somewhere to flop out for the night.

Steps from Old town.
Clean, large although dated room. Friendly and helpful staff. The only down side is that it is located on a busy street. So can be noisy.
A good value overall though.
This is our third stay and we have one more booking. The hotel getting tired furniture / tv old bathroom big yes but basiic.
Set on a main road which is noisy and busy to cross but has off street parking. Short walk to old town, bars, restaurants etc
Friendly staff free coffee and biscuits only in morning.
Maybe a little overpriced but haven't compared other properties.

Quite good for short stay
The landlady is a very nice person. The room is clean and tidy. But it is quite noisy as it is near to the main road. Worth the stay for such an economic price.
