Located in the most luxurious condo place in Chiang Mai, in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk from the famous Night Bazaar with plenty of restaurants and many convenient stores all around. Brand new condo,1 bedroom,living,bathroom,kitchen,dining,sofas with Cable TV, 1Gb Fiber and a lovely balcony with a stunning 14th floor view to chill out. Very peaceful and super cosy. Amazing roof top Sky River Pool,Gym,Sauna,Steam and Lounge. Stay in one of the hypest place in the center of Chiang Mai..

Worth staying for the pool alone

Very clean, comfortable apartment with a balcony where you can watch the amazing sunsets. The infinity pool that runs the length of the building is beautiful. Grab ride to the Old City is about three pounds

The condo was amazing! Nice living room, TV included Netflix! fully functional kitchen, also a washer for cleaning clothes. The building was beautiful and very secure. Rooftop pool was over the top incredible! Hosts were perfect! Only down side was there were not a lot of dining options within walking distance. We went to Old Town for most of our meals. (about 1 mile away). Walkable, but we also got tired of walking, so took Grab a lot (about $3). I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Incredible

My friend and I (both early 20s) stayed here in the middle of Feb 2025. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. There was a washer and you can hang clothes out on the balcony. The view was incredible from the rooftop pool and it was not too busy. There is a 24-hour 711 across the street that had all the basics. The condo is walking distance from many amazing restaurants and only about 100 BHT (4 USD) to take a Grab (their Uber brand) into Chiang Mai's Old City.
