"We were very satisfied with our stay but the pool listed as an amenity on the website is limited to spa users and not available for use by children which was disappointing. The guest relations manager arranged for our pre-teen children to be able to use the pool to deal with their disappointment. The guest relations manager was very understanding and helpful in giving advice to enhance our 10 day stay in Lisbon. He was very thoughtful and sincere in trying to make our stay more pleasant."
