The property is severely unhygienic and heavily infested with cockroaches; we found them crawling in the bathroom, making the space entirely unusable. Furthermore, the hotel is a consumer scam. "Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. "Really enjoyed our 3 night stay! Totally switched off and chilled out. We were also treated so well by the resort. My husband requested for my birthday a nice view, which was honoured not only that we were given a bottle of fizz to celebrate and a drink at the bar! A fabulous stay. Thanks to all!"

"Exactly what I expected and clean all over including the pool, which was discreetly maintained when we were there. Some noise from resort next door but tolerable.Lovely responsive staff.Great to have the parking at the beach and easy shops and restaurants nearby. Our three year old loved the pool and although it was deep with a float absolutely fine, and a bonus for adult swimming. We had a great holiday thank you."

"Lovely room with mini fridge, great shower and balcony and really comfortable beds. Brilliant free activities for kids and teens morning 10am, afternoon 3pm and night 9pm. Watch out for the special kids activities like art classes that come with an extra charge as these at €25 are quite pricey. Activities for adults and kids are shared across three hotels in Chia Laguna so padel and table tennis were across the road but only a couple of minutes walk. There was no yoga on when we stayed which was disappointing. Food at Domus restaurant was plentiful and varied, no junk food which was great but no pizza or gelati (if you want pizza or ice cream you need to buy it from the piazza bar). Restaurant servers were not very friendly, except for the guys bringing out the food who were excellent and very helpful. There is an optional surcharge added to your bill on check out for tips for waiting staff. There is handy free road train that goes to the beautiful sandy beach nearby every 15 minutes which is brilliant. The water is clear and safe for swimming. There is a beach bar for drinks snd ice cream and an excellent water sports centre. We went horse riding near the hotel: 1hr beginners ride €45pp. We only spent a little time by the hotel pool which has a snack bar because the sun beds were so hard and uncomfortable. The beach sun loungers are divided up by hotel so the Village section has hard sun loungers. Conrad guests get lovely padded loungers so we used them in the back row."

"La maison était tout à fait agréable, le propriétaire très réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La vaisselle et la batterie de cuisine étaient peut-être un peu sommaires mais ce sont des broutilles. Les photos ne montrent pas qu’il y a un vis-à-vis et une vue sur sa terrasse très proche mais c’est une famille discrète et le voisinage est très sympathique. Bravo et merci!"

"We had a wonderful stay and felt at home from the very first moment. The entire property is truly a dream – very spacious, beautifully designed, and with more than enough room. There were four of us, three adults and one child, and we had plenty of space to ourselves.One of the absolute highlights was the pool – simply amazing! After a day at the beach, it was perfect to jump into the pool once more and end the day in a relaxed way.The home itself was also very well equipped. We really didn’t miss a thing, and you have everything you need.The beaches around Chia are easy to reach on foot. Depending on which beach you want to visit, it takes around 10–15 minutes.You should, however, be someone who enjoys being close to nature. We would have loved to eat outside in the evenings, but apparently the wasps had the same idea But that’s simply part of nature and, of course, not something the hosts can control.If you prefer to eat out in the evening, we can definitely recommend the nearby Mirage Restaurant!We would also especially like to mention the excellent communication with Nicoletta. She was always available, very helpful, and immediately assisted us whenever we had a question or needed anything. Thank you so much, Nicoletta! We really enjoyed our time in Chia and wished we could have stayed longer "

"Wunderbarer Blick bis ans Meer, traumhafte Strände im Umkreis von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar, sehr gute Restaurants in Strandnähe und in Domus de Maria! und Chia. Kleiner, sympathischer Vorgarten mit altem Olivenbaum. Küche voll ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppel-/Twin-betten. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, warme Außendusche, Sonnenschirme - alles da, was den Urlaub praktisch macht, einfach klass !"
