"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

"Exquisite hotel, everything was well thought out. Definitely my go to stay in this area, have stayed here twice now. M. Henriroux is very charming and the food is delicious in both the restaurant and the bistro (although the bread was a little hard). Will be back"
