"J’ai réservé mais arriver en Algérie pour séjourner on m’a dit ne pas pouvoir accéder à l’hôtel malgré la confirmation du site. Donc je suis très dessus car tout est mal organisé Je part du principe que quand on a une confirmation c’est qu’il y’a de place dans l’hôtel. Pour nous étant en famille c’était inadmissible ne vous faite pas avoir.
