"It was cozy little place... nice and quiet!!! Plenty of woods to explore... a nature trail to walk down! Everything was in good condition and very clean! The communication with the owner was easy and we got responses right away! If you want to have a nice quiet romantic weekend away... this place is perfect!"
"The balcony railing was a hazard as it was not attached properly. The kitchen smokes and the whole apartment smokes when you use the stove. The sleeper sofa was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable. "
"This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up.
My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...

"Great location, views were amazing, the only down fall would be the pictures make it look like the dock & Douglass Lake were easy to get to. They are a little difficult for people who have knee issues. We would definitely visit again "
"Great property, but a couple issues that could be easily fixed. We enjoyed the size of the property, all rooms had king size beds which were nice, they are on the firm side. There were just enough towels and the ability to do our own laundry was nice. The bathrooms were decent and bars of soap were provided. The kitchen was well sized and had all the necessary utensils. The deck was a good size and the hot tub was perfect. We didn’t get a chance to try the sauna or cold plunge but I bet they would be nice. There were a couple hiccups, upon returning from town a couple nights we noticed a couple roaches on the counter that seems to scurry back underneath the counter tops. The owner was messaged and they assured us the property is monitored for pests. They did offer to resolve the issue while we were there which was nice. There wasn’t much cleaning supplies when we arrived, but again the owner was quick to have some supplies delivered. The pool table unfortunately seemed to have a bum leg but was still playable.Again we loved the size of everything there and the many tv’s and the arcade games. Even with the few issues we had I believe I would still consider staying again given the price of the property! "
