You will find a great stay during any season at this townhome located in the Southern Adirondacks. We are central to many outdoor activities including Summer features include a short 15 minute drive to Lake George, 5-20 minutes from white water rafting, tubing, hiking, cruise boats, powerboat rentals and the Great Escape. Winter activities include downhill skiing with a short 15 minute drive to Gore Mountain. Other things to do include hiking, historical attractions, nature trails and shopping.

Tripp Lake Townhouse

Relaxing, quiet property.

Very nice place, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful setting, able to walk to lake. We had a wonderful week and hope to vacation there again.

Check in was simple. Parking right in front was great to offload the car. The kitchen facilities were awesome. The layout is so conducive to enjoying other's company. There was everything you could need to cook and entertain. The kitchen was immaculate as was the rest of the house. We got there and felt so comfortable and at home that we settled right in. The bathrooms were really clean. Also, the owners were great communicating with us throughout the whole process. They seem to really care that your vacation is a success and ours certainly was. Thank you.

Charming, Relaxing, & Peaceful Home Away From Home

We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations the townhouse provided. It was a peaceful getaway and plenty of room for five adults. When I reached out to Bryce, he responded quickly and was so patient and understanding. We would definitely return if we visit the area again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this home in the Adirondacks. We stay in this area every year over the holidays and this was one of our favorites. The place was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed to cook and relax. We enjoyed watching movies in the living room with the fireplace. The bedrooms were cozy, and it was great to have a master bath. The beds were comfortable and there were several extra blankets, which we appreciated. Contact with the property manager was easy and he responded promptly. We can’t wait to return!

Great Stay

The condo was very clean. We love the location - very quiet and within a short walk to the beach. Plenty of activities available in the condo association and nearby. Joe is a very responsive host and we appreciated having a local contact. Hope to return for a 4th year!

Pleasant Three Day Weekend

The townhome was nicely appointed and very homey. It was well equipped with plenty of dishes and silverware, etc. The gas fireplace was cozy on a chilly night. I enjoyed reading on the screened in porch. It was very serene with only the sound of birds and the view of the trees. This townhome provides privacy yet it is only minutes from the nearby towns. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect for 3 couples!

Spent a short time up in the apartment but it is in a nice community with a pond/beach, tennis and pickleball courts, and a golf course (which I didn't try but looked in good shape). The apartment was clean and organized. The three queen beds were perfect for 3 couples to split and get their own space. The room AC was working well and ice cold which was nice for a muggy summer day.

My husband and I stayed for 8 whole nights while our adult kids came up for 4 nights . House was more than big enough . Had tons of amenities. We loved the accessibility of the use of the kayak was definitely a huge plus for us as we loved going on lake at all hours. House was extremely clean and comfortable and close to lake George and all the other activities in the area. Thank you again.

Family Weekend

This was our second time staying in this condo. We really enjoyed our stay. It is clean, well appointed and beautifully furnished! Very easy to feel like you are at home. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you Joe and Dana for a wonderful stay.

Hoping to give it 5 stars but…

Wish I could have given this a 5 star rating ….Property is in a beautiful area outside of the hustle and bustle of “The Village” yet not too far, boasting it’s own lake and beach just a short walk away. The condo itself was lovely and clean and provided all the amenities you could need, but we did run into an issue of the refrigerator not working up to par which put a bit of a damper on things. Caretaker was easy to communicate with and owner responded midway through our stay by providing a mini refrigerator ,which helped. Also Seems VRBO made an error in the billing(thus I’m not blaming the owner, but please double check the payment schedule and invoice you receive!) as we received a surprise payment we needed to make 2 days before the trip!(and only after I hadn’t received any check-in info until then ). A communal pool was in the listing as an amenity but we are still not sure where this was located! The listing also included “air conditioning” ,which was needed on some 90 degrees days! , but we were surprised to find that it was portable air conditioning only in the upstairs bedrooms. I would not let these things deter you if you doublecheck with property owner and/or do not find these little shortcomings important as the condo and location were otherwise great and we had a wonderful time.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for our yearly Ski trip. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the living room was warm and cozy . It was a great location and looking out of the windows into the snow decorated forest was very relaxing . Nathan (my dog) had a great time too. We loved our stay and look forward to going back next year...thanks Joe!!

Excellent! Just what we needed...

Great home in private location with lots of amenities. Short walk to a beautiful quiet lake. Close to everything yet just far enough away... Owner Joe was very accessible and attentive, as well was Nora the on-site caretaker. Highly recommend!!!
