2/10 Terrible
"The shower had no hot water. The shower handle appeared to be broken. The room had a lot of outside noise which wasn't drowned out by our noise canceling machine. The room was furnished with old plastic dorm room furniture. We were very disappointed as Expedia gave the hotel an 8.4 rating. I will never use hotel 6 again and I will use a different travel app as well as I can no longer trust Expedia ratings."

"The theming and downstairs is fun and cute. The staff is young and tries hard. The parking situation is pretty dire, with self parking being a block away and requiring regularly renewing/paying for more time, but valet is slow and not great if you’re in and out a lot. The food is sllloooowwww (Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares-level slow: 40 minutes at 9:30 pm when there was no one else ordering food for a flatbread pizza) because the kitchen is on a different floor, and the elevators are the slowest I’ve ever encountered, and I travel a lot. 20 minutes waiting for an elevator is a lot. The room was tired, lots of scuffs and signs of age, and the beds were worse than a motel 6. The headboard/head of the bed was downhill from the feet, so as I was sleeping I kept waking up because it was such an uncomfortable situation, and the mattress was quite lumpy. I was there to see a show at the incredibly poorly designed/run Allianz Amphitheatre, which was too far to walk, but also didn’t really have any parking, especially for early VIP entry. If I was ever there again, I’d stay somewhere else and uber."

"The night we arrived, another couple was given the same room and keys. I then noticed black mold on the shower curtain. The room I paid for was a deluxe room with king size bed. I was given a room with a queen bed. It took approx 2 hours before a correct room was provided. They put a clean shower curtain in the new room. Carpeting appeared to have never been shampooed Multiple stains. Truly not what I expected for an Omni Hotel."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. I was happy to use the fitness room and get exercise on our trip. I plan to make reservations for my wife and I when we return to Chester in a couple of weeks. A negative, one of the electrical outlets between the beds did not work. Room 340."

"Breakfast was pretty lame all they had was Froot Loops Frosted Flakes waffle orange juice tasted like water and they apples were not ripethe picture of the room on the website was different size wise versus what I got was much smaller the floor was not swept I had to wipe my feet off before I put my socks on and felt crumbs or sand on my feet in the room smelled very musty the couch was so uncomfortable you couldn't sit on it or could barely get out of it felt like your butt was almost sitting on the floor and your knees are up to your chin was not happy I've stayed other quality inns and this is the worst one I've ever been in. I would never stay there again"
