"Clean room. The bed made a loud bump anytime you roll over. There is no breakfast, but the mini-mart has items you can make in your room. This is a good option for a longer stay"

"I love the breakfast I just wish that the menu could be a little different like hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat. We had the same breakfast every day which listening to other guests they did complain and I like that the shops were nearby and walking distance and I did not bring a pet in my room was excellent. Hopefully the next time I come, the pool will be open."

"Disappointing. The hotel is lovely but the staff are in training mode and don’t get things quite right. They didn’t tell us there was an Easter brunch so we missed breakfast on Sunday as they had booked out the dining room and everything in town was already full. The food was nice but relatively expensive. When it rains there is nowhere to sit that is not the room or the pub. The pool despite being advertised was not yet open for the season which was of the main reasons we chose the hotel. "

"The whole place was filthy, floors coming up, sticky and dirty. The pool was closed, fitness center closed, laundry and ice vending closed. Rooms and building are very loud making it impossible to sleep without constantly getting woken up. Only saw one employee who worked the desk, assumingly the owner ( friendly). Did not see any other staff or room service/ cleaning personnel. The shower/ bath faucet was falling off of the shower wall, and inside the closet there was a massive hole in the wall where it looks like a water line repair was made however the wall never repaired. The coffee machine in the room was filthy and only one small pot of coffee was placed out for guests to use in the lobby. Does not seem like a good area to bring a family, a lot of suspicious activity in the parking lots, looks more like a street corner in the hood. Would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately."
