Very clean room, hallways and common areas. Bed was extremely comfortable. Customer service was tremendous from front desk staff and breakfast servers. Hot breakfast was very good and offered multiple choices. Best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel that was included with stay.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay. Our son has moved to the area and we will return. We will stay here again. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is a hot meal that is actually very good with lots of choices the only bad thing is it stops at 9:30.

Good morning,The reservation was cancelled because the credit card on file declined. The reservation was made at the discounted advance purchase rate which requires that first night be processed at the time of booking or cancelled if the credit card declines. The reservation was on 10/11/23.The hotel held the reservation until the day of arrival as a courtesy. Because the credit card declined again on the day of arrival the reservation was cancelled.

Our stay was pretty nice. The hotel itself was very clean and smelled great. Staff was super nice; Keona the front desk agent was lovely. Our bed was super comfortable and the room had generous space. The only thing I was not pleased with was the noise my family and I had to endure from neighboring room. The noise sounds like an absolute circus from 11:00 pm until 2 am. I did call the the front with no avail. I feel that there should be a noise agreement put forth in place so that those who stay may enjoy your lovely property to the fullest. The pool hours were perfect for my family. Breakfast was nice and so were the attendants. I will definitely stay again but on the 3rd floor.

Affordable
Nice needed little vacation, the hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We were at Belle isle for the day and came to the hotel to spend the night.

The room is great and in walking distance for dining out and shopping. The parking lot is a little hard to navigate and the ice machines were out on all the floors, which was a little inconvenient. The pool was nice and the overall appearance of the property was great. We definitely will be returning.
