The unit we stay needs a bit TLC. The fry pan was not non-stick anymore, and the bottom was heavily scratched and uneven, couldn't cook properly. The area under kitchen sink had a strong chemical smell. The staff member left our curtains in the room and lounge area open for some reason after they did cleaning while we were out. I felt uncomfortable with our rooms exposed. Didn’t meet any staff during our stay, they did arranged our key pick-up for our late arrival and notified us by email. It was appreciated.

Room was clean and staff very helpful.

It was suitable for us as we were just staying before we got up early for a flight at the airport. The lady who welcomed us was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. The room was dated, sofa bed my son slept on was very thin. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, but the shower worked well. We did have two little cube windows that had no blind so we had to cover them up ourselves. The TV was also very glitchy. It is positioned in a good area to go grab dinner though, easily walkable.

Lovely clean room and great facilities with spa bath, lazy boy chairs, and all the things you need.

The kids enjoyed the hot tub & pool! There was plenty of space to stretch out. The upstairs took awhile to cool down. We loved the flowers and the Camelot themes. Overall a nice and quaint stay!
