"Room was clean, but when i checked oit thos morning at 4am no one was at the desk so i jad to write a note that i was checking out and leave my room keys by the computer But... when i fly in early they had a room ready for me and i was the customer of the day. That was really awesome and appreciated. "

"Building is outdated and has an old smell to it. Walls are thin and guests in the neighboring room were very loud past 10 PM. The hotel I usually stay at while traveling for work was completely booked up, so while I wouldn’t normally choose to stay here, the room was clean and served its purpose for a one night stay. "

"Our stay at this downtown Salt Lake City hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The heated pool extending outdoors was a highlight, especially paired with the two hot tubs that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. It’s a rare treat to enjoy that kind of setup, particularly in a city setting. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and provided a perfect retreat at the end of the day. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—being close to the public train made getting around downtown incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, atmosphere, and convenience. We’d absolutely stay here again."

"The room and property were clean. It doesn’t have good shampoo, conditioner, or body wash so bring your own as they only put one tiny bottle of each in a room for 4 people. They do serve free hot coffee from 6:30-8:30am. It’s an easy walk to the convention center next door, Delta center, Temple square, planetarium/imax theater, and pretty much anything downtown. Loved the location and will definitely return and stay here again. It was easy taking the tax from the airport to the hotel. "
