The property is great, however the reservation was incorrect upon arrival. I booked double queen beds for my reservation, and was only provided a single queen. The hotel was sold out so there was no way to get the double queen

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area had plenty to eat. The hot tub and pool was really nice. They even upgraded my room from 1 bed to 2 free of charge.

We were impressed with the kindness and warm welcome from the receptionist. The cleanest of the hotel. One thing I believe can improve is the breakfast variety. Overall I will return to stay with you in future travels.

We were there for the ski area and tube world. This place is very convinent. Room is clean. AC noise is not too bad. Breakfast has various choices and long serving hours, serves till 10. In door heated pool is perfect for kids.

Nice room! King size is spacious. Compared with other hotels around, the indoor hallway is great in cold winter weather. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub are good additions. The 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate are really nice too! I wish the hot tub was a little warmer, and the breakfast serves more hot items. But overall it's a positive experience.

Very nice staff! Pool was ok . Room was not very clear. Mold and several cob webs all over the AC unit. Screens on the window were ripped. Room was very stuffy and had an odd smell .

The woman that was cleaning the rooms was very nice. She seemed to take extra care in cleaning the bathroom. She was an older woman. Also saw her helping in the breakfast area. Making sure there were eggs and sausage. I believe she was Hispanic. I will definitely stay again!

The girl ( I forgot to ask her name) that worked till 11PM was awesome. She was so help full and super friendly. She seemed to be doing everything for everyone with kind words and a smile on her face. TV remote broke she fixed it. Garbage needed to be emptied she did it. Lost cover up at pool she found it. There was green algae around hot tub pretty gross. The cloths dryer took forever to dry cloths
