Beautiful Creekfront Views! Loved the sound of the rushing water. Leaves were beautiful this time of year. House is beautifully remodeled, with every convenience one could imagine. Furniture was very comfortable, as were the beds in each room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Water's Edge was just as described. It was clean, so organized, comfy and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The beds and pillows were great, the kitchen well stocked, and you couldn't ask for a better location so close to town and The Polar Express. There was easy access to the property and parking right out front. Our host, Sue, was great about responding and a pleasure to work with. She even had a Christmas tree up next to the fireplace to add to experience. There are several other properties close by and what looks like a camp site across the creek that was empty. It was quiet and we had a great view of the creek and stars.

Piece of Paradise

This trip was amazing! The house was so clean and accommodating. The owners were easy to get ahold of and were so nice when we couldn't figure out the tv. We always stay on the river when we come to the mountains and this place was perfect for our family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Family Gathering by the Creek

Thoughtfully designed and furnished cabin on Deep Creek, just minutes from downtown Bryson City and the Smoky Mountain National Park. My husband and I stayed with our daughter and son-in-law for a long weekend. We had our son and his family in for a family meal and football watching. Wonderful Cabin!

Water's Edge was a beautiful house just perfect for our family! It was comfortable and spacious and met the needs of all of our family, ages 2-68! We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit and even spent some time in the hot tub. The location is so convenient to town and the creek makes the view incredible especially at night with the moon glistening off of it! We loved our time there and certainly hope to visit again!

Wonderful Stay!

We met up with another family and had a wonderful stay. The house worked well for our group and was comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and with the river view, fire pit area, and large porch, it was probably the best outdoor space of any house. The location is also very convenient to Bryson City. We had one minor issue at the beginning of our stay and the owners were extremely responsive and took care of it right away. They also provided all of the info we needed before and during our stay. The property and its owners made this an amazing trip!

This property was very peaceful and had many activities that could be done either right there or close by. There were 10 of us and there was plenty to do. We went tubing, sat by the fire, used the hot tub, played non-battery games, enjoyed the front porch and took a train ride. It was a great time.

While this property has close neighbors, the landscaping is such that it feels very cozy and secluded. The fire pit and inside gas fire were wonderful on chilly mornings and evenings. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars on everything is because of the mattress in the front room. It really should be replaced.

Our host were the best. Home was extremely clean and our host thought of every comfort. They splurged on all the comforts of home. From the well stocked kitchen with every appliance and utensil to the comfy beds and comforters, to the board games and more for the kids. The creek sounds are amazing. We found a free app called Merlin Bird ID. It identified 15 different bird chirps and songs one morning while we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the private deck. Excellent location to enjoy all that Bryson has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better home and host and we so hope they invite us back.

Incredible Annual Trip to Deep Creek

The pictures do not do this cabin and location justice!! It's beautiful. The owner was so helpful throughout the process. The cabin is newer or remodeled and the layout was perfect for a family of 5 with all grown children. The porch is wonderful!!! We used everything, the hot tub, firepit, porch swing. Perfect for tubing right to the house from the national park. We will definitely return to this house each year. Owner also has a house next door to bring extended family. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Edge of Great Smokies

Initial plans for party of six reduced to four. First, the house is at the base of the GSMNP and the Deep Creek Trail which was fantastic. Great layout, highly functional and spacious. Well designed kitchen, very well stocked. Pool table excellent use of space and thoroughly enjoyed. The back covered porch overlooking Deep Creek was comfortable and very relaxing. Likewise for the fire pit. Although adjacent houses, the positioning of the house limits exposure and affords a private retreat. The hosts were fantastic and near-immediate in response. We opted for the firewood bundle which was perfect for 3 nights of fires.
