"The staff seemed very nice at furst. Unfortunately, our visit turned sour when we discovered ants in the room on the sofa bed. After reporting it to the front desk, Cameron brought a can of ant & roach spray to my room. I asked if there was sny kind if maintenance to exterminate and he stated: "no thi is all you get". After spraying the room with the insecticide, we left for a couple of hours. Upon our return, there were more ants on the sofa bed and on the furniture. I called the front desk again, spoke to Cameron who pretty much said he wasn't authorized to do anything and that the hitel was full. He was very insensitive to my concern and even went as far as saying "I don't know why you have your mind set on getting another room". I responded that my mind was set on not sleeping with ants fir $300+ per night! He then stated he would reach out to higher ups. This incident occurred around 10:30-11:00 pm.I did not hear back from Cameron, therefore, I went to the front desk. Cameron was not there, but Taylor was there wirking on resolving my concern. Taylor was very professional and worked diligently to resolve my concern. If it weren't for Taylor's sincerity, this stay would have been rated "terrible". The breakfast area was clean and food had a good taste. The staff were also friendly and smiled at the guest."

"Too many noises for anyone to sleep! The fire alarm went off randomly at 4 times in the middle of the night and you can hear everything from the highway👎👎"

"We didn’t use the Continental breakfast, as we left early. Property was nice, but the outside smokers make it tough to keep 100% clean. Parking lot was very tight, but we knew that from other reviews. Great rates, as compared to others around the area. We’ll definitely stay again."

"Only stayed for one night since we were driving thru. It smelled like the hotels in Vegas, like lots of perfume. It makes sense since it's across the street from a casino. We woke up too early for breakfast, but there's also restaurants nearby."

"Susan & Danny at the front desk were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. The room smelled like urine and they offered no assistance, only said “don’t know what to tell you”. A room change was never offered and they wouldn’t send the cleaning lady to my room. Stay away from this place they’re running a scam."
