"Easy instructions provided before check in, the reception is at the sister hotel. Mouton Blanc breakfast is also at the sister hotel. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions and help. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Shower gel and soap in bathrooms but no shampoo and conditioner. Beds comfortable, wonderful luxury to be able to walk around the island after dark when all the crowds have left!"

"They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely! "

Bernard and Ignacio are excellent hosts who have done a tremendous job in repairing and restoring this beautiful Chateau. Breakfast was superb and the view of Mt St Michel is extraordinary. "I don’t recommend this place. Bed was just a thin futon on top of a wooden platform. It was not a mattress! Room is very small. Bathroom was super tiny with barely room to comfortably use the toilet. Towels were so thin and worn. This is more in line with Super 8 Motel. It is not a hotel by any standards."

"Great place for the price. Location is very good for beach activities. The restaurant and service were excellent. Typical tiny European room, but very nicely done, and with clean modern bathroom. Only negatives, the mattress and pillows were softer than we like, and the meat delivery to the butcher shop across the street at 5am. Not the hotel's fault, just an FYI. "
