"The AC stopped working in the room that was assigned to us and then the AC in the new room was pretty mediocre. WiFi was unavailable. Service was pretty good though "

"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"Staff were only focused on how much we had to pay for early check in. We booked a room abd prepaid for 3 but the room had 1 towel and 1 water bottle. We hadvto request everything. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour. Ny husband was unwell and couldn't lie flat so requested an extra pillow which they refused to provide. Except for the proximity to the airport I would not be recommending this hotel as it not exactly cheap so you would be better staying elsewhere. There are other...
