Nice simple affordable hotel in the middle of Mamallapuram’s main attractions. The hotel is basic but has great rooms with fantastic pool area. Restaurant is ok but there are better options outside the hotel.

Ok Hotel
2 night stay, this is a basic hotel which has probably seen better days, however the location is close to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Ac/fan are good , shower and toilet clean and functional. Used the restaurant once, the lobster was fresh and cooked very well, the price was extremely good value, the waitress from Darjeeling was pleasant and helpful. The downside was the amount of mosquitoes in the room and the bad wi fi connection ( however this is a common problem in many hotels in India) lastly some not all of the staff on reception need to be a little more professional in their approach to guests needs, good customer care is a big factor when choosing a hotel for most people.
