Location was great right by Paddington train station. I really liked the property. My room was on the small side, but I was really only there to sleep so that is all I needed. The only negative I have is the staircases up to my room. I did not mind have to climb the stairs, but some of them were very narrow and it was a bit difficult navigating them with my suitcase when I arrived and when I checked out.

This was the perfect location if you want to be close to Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away. There are a lot of food options within 5 to 10 minutes including restaurants at the Victoria tube station. We needed 1 room with 2 single beds. This hotel was the perfect location and great value for money.

We stayed in the carriage house basement apartment and it was amazing! The apartment is large has a lot of living space is super clear and comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk to Victoria station and from there you can get anywhere in London! We were traveling with two teens and it was a great location! Also lots of restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores in walking distance. Only watch out is the apartment is only accessible by a set a VERY steep stairs. It was not an issue for us but I could see if being challenging from some. We an absolutely would stay again!
