For a weekend or a few days, enjoy the charm of a cottage of character in the heart of the Loire Valley castles region, at the crossroads of Sologne, Touraine and Berry, in the immediate vicinity of the Beauval zoo-park.

In an exceptional setting, the Petit Beaumont cottage is an old farmhouse restored to the authentic and equipped to accommodate up to 19 people with all modern comforts. Associated with other large cottages that we have in the same town (Domaine de Bonneuil, Domaine du Grand Beaumont), we can accommodate larger groups.

In all seasons, we welcome you for a stay based on a change of scenery, relaxation, and well-being thanks to its large indoor and outdoor spaces – large swimming pool covered with a low shelter and heated from May to September, large dining room, several lounges and games areas: American billiards, table football, ping-pong table – and the possibilities of walks in the heart of a preserved nature and game at the very door of the cottage: plain roe deer, hares, partridges, etc.

Due to its location, many tourist and sporting activities are possible: visits to the region, its exceptional sites (Beauval zoo-park), its castles (Chenonceau, Chambord, Cheverny, Valençay, Amboise, Chaumont, Blois), bike rides, canoeing, very beautiful 18 or 27-hole golf courses nearby.

The Abode
The cottage of PETIT BEAUMONT is an old farmhouse restored to the authentic and fitted out to accommodate up to 19 people with all modern comforts.
The layouts of the house and its surroundings have been designed to best meet the needs of our guests and make them want to come back and discover other aspects of our beautiful tourist and gastronomic region.
We have chosen to adapt the entire ground floor and the surroundings of the house in order to be able to accommodate people with reduced mobility. One bedroom has been specially fitted out with its appropriate shower room and toilet.
The many glass openings allow you to take full advantage of the natural light, helping to create a very warm atmosphere in each of the spaces.
Underfloor heating is on the ground floor and upstairs.

The ground floor is composed of: 1 large living room of 66m² with TV, 1 kitchen / dining room of 50 m², 1 back kitchen, 3 bedrooms with their private shower room, 1 guest toilet and 1 laundry room.
The ground floor consists of: 1 relaxation area with table football and TV area, 4 bedrooms each with their private bathroom with toilet.
The living room with a large decorative fireplace, American billiards, soft armchairs and sofas will allow the older ones to spend pleasant and warm evenings while the youngest can watch a film or play table football in the other relaxation areas.
The kitchen, open to the dining room, and the back kitchen, has been designed to make this space a perfectly equipped friendly place. In addition to a wide choice of utensils and small appliances, you will find 2 ovens and 1 microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 1 freezer. In addition, you will find in the laundry room 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and ironing facilities.
Each of the bedrooms has 90×200 beds that can be perfectly paired to convert into a 180×200 double bed. Baby cots can be made available on request, as well as a changing table.
Particular care has been taken with the bedding, which we wanted to be of high quality and adaptable to the size of the bed in order to offer you a pleasant sleep. You will find the beds made on your arrival. Towels and pool towels can be made available on request.
The bathrooms are equipped with either a bath/shower or a shower in order to best meet the needs and tastes of young and old. The bathroom of the "Pheasant Room" is equipped with a whirlpool bath.

"Stag Room": Located on the ground floor, it has a window overlooking the countryside. It has 2 90×200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed. Its private bathroom includes a worktop with 2 sinks, a bath / shower and a toilet.
"Cockerel Room": Located on the ground floor, it has a window overlooking the countryside. It has 2 90×200 beds that can be converted into a 180x200 bed. Its private shower room includes a worktop with 2 sinks and a toilet.
"Red Partridge Room": Located on the ground floor, it has a French window facing south. It has 2 90×200 beds
