Disappointingly unkempt. I'm not quote sure how this property fits the "BO" part of VRBO, as it's just effectively a poorly maintained "hotel". This is a property that I believe Campbell's resort walked away from historically. This place is dated, dirty, and gross. The hot tub shown in the pictures was like the pool from The Karate Kid (about a foot of brown water w/garbage floating in it), and the rest of the property was as unappealing. Guests are required to take their own garbage down to a dingy, dark and sticky parking lot, and most of the property reeks of wet garbage. Filthy carpet and damaged walls make up the exterior and hallways/stairways, and the entire property was covered in rubbish, trashed inflatable toys, and duck/seagull mess. The jetties and lake floats on the Grandview side are just a gross, unclean mess. Standard "crappy motel" vibe on anything with a rattling fan (air conditioners fight the bathroom fans for loudest old appliance title) The shared outdoor lawn and cooking spaces looked like a third world scene, with garbage, rotting/abandoned food and clothes throughout. And while were warned online and all understand that there are flying bugs around any lake, including Chelan, upon opening it,our murphy bed included a stinkbug that sprayed my son when trying to remove it, causing a rash. Reception staff were very nice, but all on-site staff seemed to be tasked with looking at their cell phones. This property is in serious need of a reboot!

Disappointed in how the property is run
We checked in on Thursday and received a phone call on Friday afternoon that we must check out by 11am on Sunday - 2 days prior to when we need to leave - or we would be fined. On Sunday at 10:30am, we received another phone call that this was our 30 minute warning and that we must check out at the front desk. And even before 11am, the maid service was sitting outside our door. This is not the way to encourage customers to come back with this type of harassment. In addition, we had less than 2 full rolls of toilet paper for 4 days for 3 people and the front desk would not deliver anymore. Also, the refrigerator was acting up and the person who looked it over didn't seemed qualified, didn't do anything and told us he would come back but never did. Had to call back multiple times. Feels like this location has really gone down hill over the years and is run like a frat house. Used to be one of the best and nicest places in town to stay at. Do not plan to come back.
