Grandview #625 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo.  Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the spectacular "river" views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a queen bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a queen sofa-sleeper and Murphy bed in the spacious living room. 

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

This place was amazing!!! Right on the water with a beautiful view of the lit up bridge at night, beautiful and clean rooms, and a super short walk right over the bridge into town. The lovely young woman who helped us at check-in was amazing and even was willing to stay late when we called saying we weren’t sure if we’re gonna get there on time. Our only complaint was that they stopped heating the pool this time of year it appears because it was ice cold and the hot tub was only lukewarm or so, but we will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location

Had an amazing view, proximity to down town and local trails couldn't have been better. The condo was perfect, the murphy bed was a nice surprise, not to mention it was comfortable, washer and dryer was an added bonus and the front desk personnel were amazing. Definitely will be back.

Perfect location - weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights / 5 days as we take an annual trip to Chelan for a mini-vacation. We have yet to stay in the same place twice, however, we both said we feel we need to look no further after staying here at Grandview! The suite was impeccably clean, had everything we needed, the view from our room was lovely, and the best part is the location of the building. The downtown area is a 3 minute walk from the front door of the suite. This made dinners and shopping so easy! We will likely be back next year. The hot tub was also an added bonus. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

The rug in the living room is badly wrinkled and a tripping hazard. The TV is laggy and outdated. The heater/AC in the bedroom rattles and is noisy. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Just little observations. Thank you for the stay

Slide is broken and hot tub/pool is cold

We have stayed at the Grandview many times and this time was such a bummer. The pool was colder than the lake, the hot tub was cold, and the slide was broken. We spoke with many other guests who were disappointed as well. We reached out to the management company and they were not very helpful. We have little kids and would have really appreciated the heads up that the slide was broken. They said it wont be back up until October if at all. The unit was ok but was overshadowed by the lack of maintenance at the pool area.

Don't rent from a Corporation

The place was nice but connecting with the "owners" wasn't. I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was hot and working and they said it was. After we got there we went to use it and it was cold. The front desk said maintenance told her it had got shut off and they'd turn it back on. It never got hot the rest of the time we were there. When I inquired about it the support line told me that maintenance told her it was working properly but obviously it wasn't and they said i wouldn't be accommodated for this inconvenience. I booked this place because of the hot tub and couldn't use it. Very disappointing. There were no checkout instructions and when I tried to check on it they said an email would be sent to me. The email arrived 3 hours after check out. I also called ahead to ask what type of entertainment was in the room for TV and they said "cable and satellite". So we brought a bunch of other things to accommodate us and when we arrived there were multiple smart TV apps to choose from so we wouldn't have needed to bring our own. My point in all of this is that this room is owned by Windemere, not a private owner so they have no clue what's going on with an individual family renting this or even what's going on in the facility. Only book from private family renters that know and are about each family renting their room, not corporations that don't know or care about your individual stay.

Had a lovely stay at this property. We were able to buoy our boat right outside the slider door-great for convenience and keeping an eye on it. Beautiful view of the lake and bridge, an easy stroll to restaurants and shops. Amenities were perfect, staff was friendly and gracious.
