Grandview #540 -This luxury Executive condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring expansive up-lake views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This fourth floor, corner unit condo is beautifully decorated in warm rich tones, finished with cherry woods, touches of stainless steel, tile and granite. Entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island with secondary sink, plenty of counter and cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably in 1174 square feet. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The Executive 2-bedroom condos are ~280 square feet larger than a typical 2-bedroom condo.

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.
Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.
Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Madison did not have an approachable demeanor with guest at check in counter.
The view was wonderful and our unit had everything we needed. Would stay again. We actually extended our stay by one night and the young lady Emilie(?) was very helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The kids loved the floating raft on the lake as well.
Will stay again next year!

This was the 1st time staying elsewhere besides Wapato Point. The uplake view is fantastic & it's right on the water & walking distance to Safeway, shops, & restaurants. The kitchen is very nice, spacious & well-stocked, which was great because we didn't dine out. There were 4 of us ladies and 2 of us shared the king bed. The sleeper sofa took 2 of us to put away in the mornings--heavy & cumbersome. Beds are comfortable. The chairs at the dining table are flimsy & uncomfortable and 2 of them were broken. Sliding door was difficult to open & close. Only 3 chairs on the balcony, but we brought camp chairs just in case. The fitness room is hard to find as there's no signage whatsoever; it's small & sketchy. The stairway & elevator systems are challenging and strange; couldn't figure out how to get to the garage ice machine via stairs. The property could use some TLC; the photos make it look newer than it is. Our unit was nice but definitely well-used. The bedrooms face the outside walkway which was noisy (use earplugs!). There was road construction out front and we could only drive 1 direction making it a hassle to get back. It was early May and the lake was down but we got to see mini hydros racing right in front of us. We got 1 night free so it was worth the experience; I wouldn't pay full price.
