The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the living room pull out bed, please either leave it open, or remove the used linens and put them on the ground so we know the linens need to be replaced.
Please return the pool key (if used) by hanging it back up on the key hook next to the front door. A $34 fee will be charged for a missing key.
Please turn off the TVs, kitchen stove, and oven.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. Max 4 guests, ages 25+. Quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. Pool open from 8 AM–9 PM. Please respect condo rules.
📸 For your security, cameras are placed at the front and back entrances of the condo. Do not tamper with these cameras.
🌊 Pool hours are 8 AM to 9 PM.
