Holiday Homes in Chedigny

Wonderful grounds with relaxing gardens to enjoy at the end of the day. Rooms well equipped and spacious. Beds and pillows very comfortable, plus aircon. Quality restaurant covering service and quality choice of dishes.

Suite is great to stretch out when travelling with medium suitcases, also avail of lift. Minuses - kettle, but no milk supplied for tea or coffee. When asked, supplied in a cup, but as no refrigerator in room, will need to and again, and again... - choice of two pillow types : one rectangular and hard as rocks, other square and soft but way too high for sleeping. - hairdryer is useless tube type with no control of temp or volume Everything else great value.

It was a 15th century château, it was a great and very rare experience to stay in the building like that. It was extensive garden. The château was well preserved with the necessary mod con added to make our stay very comfortable. Margot was very pleasant and helpful to theguests and had good suggestions for local places & vigneyards to visit. I would love to re-visit Loire valley and stay at the château again.

Great location, super clean, very helpful host and amenities were very good. A nice lobby where we could have a drink and snack. Had good storage for our bikes. We would love to stay here again!

Wow! Thank you so so much for the incredible stay in this amazing Chateaux! We are on our honeymoon from Sydney Australia and between visiting the big cities we wanted to find a romantic retreat in the countryside so caught the TGV fast train from Paris to Tours. On arrival at this amazing place we were instantly greeted with excellent service by the wonderful staff. We were fortunate to have one of the rooms in the main building which was gorgeous. The service and overall experience continued...

Wonderful stay, lovely attentive hosts and the croissants at breakfast are have best I've had in France.

Beautiful gardens. Very dated property. Traffic and train noise. Up 2 steep sets of stairs. Had to leave suitcases in car. No ability to change rooms.

My husband, mother, aunt and me stayed here for 3 nights in classic rooms on the top floor of the main building. Our expectations were high and we weren't disappointed. Everything was perfect. The staff were accommodating, the chateau grounds were immaculate (we especially loved the pool), the breakfasts we had each morning were fantastic with a great selection of local produce, and the meal we enjoyed at L'Orangerie was amazing and worth every cent. My husband, mother and aunt all had the lamb...

The location was beautiful. It was peaceful and very quiet. I would highly recommend you hire a car as this hotel is out of the way. Otherwise we had a lovely stay at this place.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. Marianne welcomed us and did everything to ensure a comfortable staff. The room was well appointed and room service excellent. We thought the breakfast was disappointing mostly due to the service of a staff member who also checked is the next day whilst speaking on the phone the entire time. We highly recommend the hotel to Others and hope he will be thoughtful

This property and stay for 3 nights was just amazing from the time we arrived till our departure the staff and owner were friendly and helpful. Although this property is a short drive into town I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent

We loved this hotel. The pool was beautiful and very welcome as it was very hot when we stayed. Madame Susanne was a wonderful and generous host.

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.
