"We could not stay there as the place was dilapidated, and had scary characters hanging around. We are requesting a full refund but Expedia and the hotel are fighting it. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and had good variety. The room was clean and tidy. The service from attendants was good. I had only one problem with this accommodation: there was no bar soap, only a body wash dispenser mounted on the shower wall about 4 feet above the tub bottom. This would have worked well for a shower, but was not good for me as I prefer a bath. In order to get soap, I had to repeatedly stand up in the water because the dispenser was too high for me to reach from a sitting-in-the-tub position. This issue can be easily remedied by moving the dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner down to a reachable distance from the tub bottom."

"Days Inn by Wyndham Berlin Meriden is one of the nicest hotels l've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with prosecco! YAY! Each visit gets a free breakfast at the Days Inn. I highly recommend it. After leaving there, several hours later we realized that we lost our wallet, just we guessed it maybe there, we went there, they found it and kept it somewhere safe for us. Thanks a lot for your kindness and responsibility. Every-time I come hartford, I remember this memory and I will reserve a room at Days Inn hotel."
