"This was all around bad nothing as was described. No heat when we arrived which was fixed. No tv was working the shower didn’t work so no showers for us to use , no toliet paper given either who wants to go get toilet paper on vacation. There’s no host to communicate with. The place was dirty all around live bugs all over inside just gross. People around us all had issues also. Overall not a good experience. Would like a partial refund not sure how to go about that."

Bridge Vista Beach - Hotel & Convention Center

4/10 Poor

"If you decide to save $20 or so, it is not worth it. It was uncomfortable to stay in this hotel(motel). It is outdated with rusty shower, mold in some areas of the bathroom, insufficient light, and no breakfast. The staff was very nice and accommodating though."

Inn on Mackinac

"This was our third time staying at the Inn on Mackinac Island. The staff were great. Our rooms were very nice and clean - very important. The bed wasn't as soft as we are used to, but it was fine. The free breakfast was continental-style. On previous stays, they had a Belgian waffle maker. I missed that. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fruit were always available, and sometime during the day they have great chocolate chip cookies available. The hot tub is very roomie and a good temperature. We especially love the location. It is just down from the fort away from the main busyness of the shops and ferry docks but close enough to walk there. We also love the porch for sitting outside to read and watch the horse-drawn carriages and bikes go by."

"Very well maintained and clean room! Our room was spacious for a family of 4. Love the decor and color pallette! Staff were all helpful. Luggage pick up and drop off from the ferry dock was a treat! Towels were nice and soft! Few things we expected to be better is breakfast, we were hoping the eggs were warm and fluffier pillows. We would recommend and go back! We enjoyed our stay!"
