Carriage House - Just Renovated
- This brand-new renovation of space has created a unique getaway space. With 125 of lake front on a shared property, this Carriage House offers sleeping quarters on the 2nd floor and open common spaces on the ground level. There are 8 acres to enjoy the lake, woods, and a quiet road to walk or bike along. Located in the Chazy Landing area, there is a lot of history that took place here over time. Relaxing and peaceful.
This property does have a shared driveway, with separate parking, for two guest houses. The waterfront is privately owned but is shared amongst the rental units. There are separate lawn spaces and fire pits for each unit.

Our experience at the cottage was wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful both at the property and in the neighborhood. We just hung out on the lawn and enjoyed the lake. We found the water access easy. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable. Loved the extra little touches like extra lawn chairs, beach towels and throws. Felt like home. Since the for of us gathered here from different locations, we really appreciated having lots of parking. We found a great little dinner in the notes that our hosts left. We went there twice. Leaving with great memories.
