Bien la estancia, echamos de menos una neverita bar en la habitación. La ducha muy amplia pero no se podía regular la temperatura, para mí gusto estaba un poco fría el agua. La habitación correcta, limpia. Aire acondicionado muy bien, personal amable, desayuno pobre en sabor, café y zumo sin calidad. Lo demás correcto.

Conforto e atenção

Tudo muito, muito bom. Hotel limpo e muito confortável Spa acessível e "quentinho". Os funcionários são, indubitavelmente, um dos pontos fortes deste hotel... sempre prestáveis, atentos ... Adorámos essa disponibilidade. Só lamentamos que num mundo em que a água é um bem preciosíssimo, leve 4 minutos a verter água para nada, para que água quente chegue a uma torneira na casa-de-banho. Sabemos que não é culpa do hotel, nem talvez do hoteleiro. Mas seria bom começarmos a contar com engenheiros, empreiteiros e proprietários conscientes. Porque quando for tarde demais, as "trancas na porta" já não vão evitar nada. É o nosso único lamento (que é extensivo a muitos outros hotéis em Portugal e resto da Europa).

Foram umas magníficas férias por terras nortenhas! Passear, comer muito bem e descansar. Hotel muito agradável, boa piscina, bons quartos, apenas a faltar um frigorífico! Pequeno almoço mediando, terão de melhor mais a oferta. Mas concerteza a repetir.

Fim de semana a dois.

Foi um fim de semana bem passado. Vidago é muito muito mas não tem muito para ver portanto a concelho a visitar Chaves (17km) e Verín em Espanha (40km) cidades muito bonitas. O hotel é confortável. É um hotel de 3 estrelas mas já estive em hotéis de 4 que não tinham nem metade das condições deste. O quarto e confortável, boa limpeza casa de banho boa. O spa é pequeno so tem uma piscina aquecida e um jacuzzi, mas já dá para relaxar um bocado.o pequeno almoço com variedade e estão sempre a repor. Staff muito impecável e sempre prestáveis. A repetir sem dúvida

Bel hotel

Très bel hôtel avec piscine intérieur et extérieur. Les personnes à la réception parle français et elles étaient très sympatiques. Petite chambre très propre et le lit était confortable.

Ar condicionado no quarto deficiente.... fora do quarto quase inexistente. Pessoal bem preparado e atencioso. Não entendemos a razão da inexistência de uma sala de jogos, num local onde os passatempos à noite são muito poucos.

Serviço personalizado e de extrema simpatia. Pequeno almoço muito bom e equilibrado para o nível do hotel. Tivemos um problema com o cheiro a água choca no quarto e pouca água quente. Fazemos mea culpa porque só falamos do assunto no check out e a resposta da recepticonista foi de total colaboração da parte do hotel e que a caldeira por vezes tem problemas, mas eles têm manutenção 24h por dia. Assunto do chero deveria estar associado ao problema da água. Não vou deixar de lá ir outra vez por esse motivo. Por tudo o restante merece bem uma segunda oportunidade.
